Introduction

This seminar was organised in the framework of the National Teams of Bologna Experts 2008/2009 forming part of the top-up projects.

This two-day meeting is being organised to convene Euro-med Bologna Experts from different HEIs to discuss cooperation within the Bologna Process on issues highlighted in the London Communiqué. The scope of this meeting is to create a working relationship between Euro-med HEIs on specific issues of mutual concern such as and in particular credit systems, mobility, degree structure and transferability. The invited experts will focus on the necessary structures needed to facilitate student, teachers and administrators’ mobility between Euro-Med institutions. The meeting aims at adopting a EURO-MED BOLOGNA DECLARATION in which partner HEIs will collaborate to enhance and promote the principles and structures of the Bologna process in a context which could also involve partner HEIs from Northern African and Middle Eastern HEIs.
