Preparatory Visits
1. The CV of the applicant is to be attached to the application form.
 
2. The applicant is requested to provide a filled-in Financial Identification sheet with the institution’s bank account details. This sheet has to be presented with the application form.
 
If any of these documents is not provided, the application will be considered ineligible.

Assistant:
 
The applicant is requested to provide a filled-in Financial Identification sheet with the institution’s bank account details. This sheet has to be presented with the application form. If this document is not provided, the NA will contact the beneficiary and ask to submit it. Should the applicant fail to do this by the date specified by the NA, the application will be considered ineligible.

In-Service Training
– The applicant has to include with the application form a letter of acceptance/invitation and a CV. In the case that the original letter of acceptance/invitation is not available, electronic correspondence is also acceptable.
 
– The course details applied for have to be attached even if they form part of the training database, and the stated costs of the course to be attended are also to be included with the application form.
 
– The applicant is requested to provide a filled-in Financial Identification sheet with the institution’s bank account details. This sheet has to be presented with the application form.
 
If the applicant does not attach all the specified documentation, the application will be considered ineligible.
 
–    Priority will be given to job-shadowing activities.
 
–    Priority to teachers who have not received a Comenius In Service Grant under the last 2 calls.
 
Projects addressing one National Priority will receive 5 points. Projects addressing both National Priorities will receive 10 points.
Regio Partnerships
–   Only two Comenius Regio Partnership applications per college will be accepted. If a college submits more than two applications, the NA will contact the applicant and ask it to choose which applications should be put forward. Colleges with more than 1000 pupils can submit three applications. In all cases, applications have to deal with different target groups (which need to be clearly indicated by the applicant.)
 
– The applicant is requested to provide a filled-in Financial Identification sheet with the institution’s bank account details. This sheet has to be presented with the application form.

Partnerships
1. Only one Comenius School Partnership application per school will be accepted. If an institution submits more than one application, the NA will contact the applicant and ask it to choose which application should be put forward. Schools with more than 1000 pupils can submit two applications if these deal with different target groups.
 
2. A maximum of two Maltese schools are eligible in the same partnership. If more than two Maltese schools are involved in the same partnership, they will all be considered ineligible.
 
3. The applicant is requested to provide the institution’s bank account details with the application form. If the details are not provided, the application will be considered ineligible.
 
1.    Priority will be given to applications received from schools located in the Southern Harbour Area*.
 
Projects addressing the National Priority will receive 5 points.
 
* Localities making part of the Southern Harbour Area are Valletta, Senglea, Cospicua, Żabbar, Fgura, Floriana, Kalkara, Luqa, Marsa, Paola, Santa Luċija, Tarxien and Xgħajra.

Transfer of Innovation

Mobility
– The proposal has to comply with the minimum duration according to the action type i.e. IVT and PLM (minimum 2 weeks) and VETPRO (minimum 1 week).
 
– For non public bodies requesting a grant exceeding 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) Euro, a copy of the official accounts for the most recent financial year for which accounts have been closed is to be added to the application form.
 
– The applicant is requested to provide a filled-in Financial Identification sheet with the institution’s bank account details. This sheet has to be presented with the application form.

2.   A letter of approval from the legal representative of the institution/ organisation stating that the applicant can travel on the dates of the study visit is to be attached with the application form

– Priority will be given to applicants in a decision-making / policy-oriented role.
 
– Priority will be given to study visits addressing early school leaving or quality assurance in schools.
Projects addressing one National Priority will receive 5 points. Projects addressing both National Priorities will receive 10 points.
