The European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA) and the Bologna Experts Group (Malta), in collaboration with the Malta Qualifications Council (MQC) and the National Commission for Higher Education (NCHE), shall be holding a seminar to discuss the way forward towards achieving the ECTS-DS label.
The seminar, entitled “ECTS DS Label Recognition: A National Bologna Process Forum”, shall put into perspective Malta’s state of play on the matter and shall also inform all stakeholders about the proceedings at international level. This seminar is going to be held on Friday 15th June at the EUPA premises in Santa Venera between 08:30 and 12:45.
The target audience for this seminar shall be all stakeholders in the higher education sector including polic-makers and employers. Those interested are invited to register for the seminar by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Bookings shall be free of charge and on a first come first served basis. This will be followed by an official invitation from the organisers. The booking deadline is Wednesday 13th June 2012 at noon.
The Bologna Process (1999) is an intergovernmental project which aims at building a European Higher Education Area (EHEA) by making academic degrees and quality assurance standards compatible throughout Europe.
